From the Hawaiian Pink sea salt that adds a delicate flavor to each dish, to the seaweed we use; both items shipped directly to us from Hawaii. Our fish batter is made daily with an Asian tempura mix accompanied with a premium micro-brewed beer. Our efforts for absolute freshness continues with our soups – both the miso and clam chowder are prepared every morning – nothing is saved nor reheated for the next day. Our fresh fish is delivered 6 days a week. We order enough fish daily so that we can maintain our constant goal of “highest quality”.
